Grateful for Love

This morning I walked into my first period class and was told to write on the board something I was grateful for. All at once a million thoughts came to my head,of course the typical answers like friends and family were there, and even some rather silly things like "Taylor Lautners hot body", but the one I chose to write was the ultimate word LOVE. Love is the reason behind everything, everything i do lately has been because of love. I dance because I love it, I strive to be kind because the feeling returned is love, I am alive today because of friends who love me. Even in my darkest days there was and still is love, all the actions Ive ever made have had love as a motive. I am so grateful for the lessons I learned in those deeply emotional months, I know the Lord,my Savior, sent me afflictions so I can be strenthened from them, and indeed I have. High school isnt always a place filled with love, but I am surrounded with people who love me and whom I love too. This holiday season I am going to fill the air with love for others around me.
